Im making a forum for 2D artists, language should be english. YOu can upload your works, link it to deviantart... and the best:

ONE OF THE FIRST 10 FORUMS WHICH USE PHPBB 3.0!!!!!

So not only the forum is new, the forum system, too. In future, if there ll styles for phpbb 3 released, Ive make a own one. Please register and post, post and post ;P
